Senior Gainsight Program Manager

In this role, you will:

Be the leader and point person to organize, project manage, build, and drive adoption of all key initiatives for Gainsight, our Customer Success Platform. With the oversight from business sponsors, you will lead the Gainsight Program to improve customer success management processes which leverage Gainsight. This role is critical for ensuring customer success processes are optimized and solutions deployed on Gainsight that balance simplicity with robustness in order to drive customer success effeciency and scalability. This role directly reports to the Director of Customer Success Operations and will work closely with business leaders from the Custom Success deparment to define and drive change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Gainsight Roadmap. This includes collecting feedback and collaborating on priortities with stakeholders ranging for individual contributors to executives.
  • Document current and future state customer success processes which are supported by Gainsight. This includes collaborating with other departments on process design and improvement.
  • Own project management, technical architecture and the solution development/configuration of all Gainsight solutions.
  • Work with Enablement and department leaders to implement change and drive adoption of all Gainsight solutions.
  • Coordinate and send monthly communication on Gainsight usage, adoption, issues, and roadmap.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Gainsight Certified Administrator with 3+ years Gainsight customer success solution development and administration with a software company.
  • 3+ years Salesforce administration (certifications a plus)
  • Experience working with various Gainsight objects including standard and custom objects
  • Experience using Rules engine to automate attributes, scorecards, and CTAs
  • Experience with features like Data Designer, Journey Orchestration, Dashboard / Report builder
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM: Expert at creating reports and dashboards, proficient at understanding Sales Cloud for designing solutions
  • Understanding of C360 and R360 Layouts
  • Experience with SaaS concepts and/or structures, SaaS metrics
  • Experience building integrations/automations
  • Passion for creating a frictionless end user experience
  • Experience in working with Agile Methodology
  • Integration experience with 6sense a plus

Base Salary Range: $94,295 to $144,586. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense’s total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by 6sense’s board.
