This is a fully-remote contractor role.

We're looking for someone that loves creating Youtube videos and other video content for social media. Must be comfortable being on camera and have a set-up (camera, lighting, etc) for quality video content.

Responsibilities:

• You will come up with creative ideas for Youtube videos, using our blog posts for inspiration, to create 4 videos monthly (1/week).
• Share video ideas for approval, then script and record content using best practices.
• Videos will be posted on our company Youtube account and social media, and will be focused on relevant topics such as human resources, employee recognition, engagement, management, remote work, Slack, and more. We prefer someone that has experience or interest in these topics.
  • Example video ideas: 5 Ways to Boost Employee Engagement, How to Add an App to Slack, The Best Slack Apps for Remote Teams, How to Build an Employee Recognition Program, etc.
• Must have a deep understanding of Youtube SEO and propose topics that target our audience.
• Edit the videos and provide a short teaser for other social media.
• Must understand best practices for uploading Youtube videos, including title, description, CC, and more.
