Coalville/Kamas Health Centers, in Utah, are currently looking for a family medicine provider to join our team to serve our communities. We have a full-time DO, who owns our practices, one part time MD and seven mid-level providers but come together as an Organized Health Care Arrangement (OHCA) for practice management, billing, care coordination, and administrative staff, allowing us to maintain remarkable continuity of care by covering patients for one another.

Our team consists of 9 providers who practice in all aspects of family medicine as well as urgent care. Evening and weekend call is available.

Coalville and Kamas Health Centers are located in the beautiful mountain valleys of Kamas and Coalville, near Park City.
