Aledade is actively seeking a Manager of Prospecting within Growth Development to support Aledade’s rapid growth strategy. In this position you will report to the Sr. Manager of Growth Development within Aledade’s Marketing team and work closely with our Network Development (Sales) and Marketing teams.
We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US.

Your Responsibilities:
Our Manager of Prospecting will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape of the Outreach Specialist team (SDRs). Your responsibilities will include building and managing a highly talented ORS team focused on driving sales opportunities, process/technology adoption, and market penetration. 5-6 ORS “Closers” and 3 ORS “Floaters” will report directly to this person as you support them in performance management, as well as, directly leading our Closing arm of the ORS team. The ideal candidate will possess a healthcare sales management background that enables them to lead a team of Outreach Specialists (SDR’s). You should be a self-starter who is prepared to own, define, develop and execute account plans and consistently deliver on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual targets, working closely with the Sr. Manager on deliverables, strategy execution and reporting.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Directly manage 5-6-4 ORS’s responsible for prospecting outreach efforts
  • Directly manage a team of 5-6 direct reports responsible for closing business in some segments of the business (Boutique segment)
  • Continue to drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed goals including regional pods hitting targeted growth goals and driving new business into the funnel
  • Collaborate with regional Growth team stakeholders to review performance and adjust strategies/tactics
  • Continuously learn about value-based care, the needs of independent practices, and to Aledade’s business model, capabilities and approach to ACO management
  • Provide strong coaching and mentoring through a deep understanding of sales, our business model, and our methodology.
  • Hold Funnel review calls bi-weekly using tableau, SFDC dashboards and to stay on top of pipeline management
  • Track and monitor team and individual performance, strengths and weaknesses and execute development plans
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity
  • Work closely with the Sr. Manager of Growth Dev on developing strategies and campaigns to drive results in all regions
  • Training proficiency in delivering detailed but concise training content on complex material to engaging with prospects to explore needs, introduce Aledade, qualify fit and intent, and arrange schedule meetings with Network Development Leads
  • Own monitoring of the daily priorities and other various dashboards in SFDC; measuring to metrics in your teams 1:1’s
  • Assist with identifying missing content pieces and proactively thinking about future messaging and content creation

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in a dedicated sales management role
  • 5+ years in the healthcare space as both an SDR & closer
  • Have worked at a high growth tech company that sells into the enterprise
  • Proven track record of overachieved targets/quotas
  • Experience with personalized and customized approaches based on buyers and personas
  • Experience with scaling an SDR team and can think through career paths, compensation plans, segmenting the team, etc.
  • Experience partnering closely with Marketing teams and Outside sales teams on account based marketing strategies
  • Great at motivating and inspiring SDRs to high performance
  • You think beyond your immediate team and contribute to making Aledade holistically better (active engagement in D&I efforts, culture initiatives, facilitating training, leading roundtables, etc.)
