Position: Medical Assistant

Dunlawton Family Medicine is seeking a Full-Time Medical Assistant to join our Family Primary Care Practice. Candidates should be comfortable with rooming patients, maintaining health records when completed with the chart, obtaining clinical data from patients, informing patients of abnormal lab and test results, prescription refills, scheduling appointments/outreach by making an appointment, and taking phone incoming phone calls daily.

Responsibilities: Daily activities that are included, but are not limited to: take blood pressure, weight, and temperature; report patient history summary to the physician, preparing examining rooms, explaining, if needed, about common medical procedures to patients, assisting in basic examinations, ordering laboratory tests, giving injections/immunizations, and following-up with patients care.

Full Time

M-Tues 8:30-5:00

Wed- 8:30-1:00

Fri- 8:30-5:00

Non-Paid- 1 hour lunch
