St. Mark’s Family Medicine Residency seeks a creative, compassionate Behavioral Medicine Core Faculty with a passion for teaching to join our vibrant faculty group. Our 4-4-4 community-based program trains well-rounded clinicians through a supportive self-directed learning style. The foundation of our curriculum is a unique Clinic Every-Day™ model focused on responsible continuity for a diverse patient population. Based in beautiful Salt Lake City, we emphasize balance and a humanistic learning environment. Join a faculty group with expertise in surgical obstetrics, global and refugee health, public health, and geriatrics. Job Description:
- Provide clinical therapy to clinic patients, teaching residents through co-management
- Lead efforts to further expand clinical therapy resources within our clinic
- Lead wellness efforts for residents
- Assist with evaluation process of residents including serving on the Clinical Competency Committee
- Contribute to monthly faculty and resident-faculty meetings
- Serve on Annual Program Evaluation committee
- Serve as rotation director of behavioral health rotation
- Collaborate with residents on scholarly activities
Qualifications:
- Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- Experience in educational setting is preferred but not required
