We are looking for an Office Manager to manage day to day operations for Aledade’s downtown Bethesda office space. The Office Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining a warm, welcoming, and highly organized office space, with a range of tasks including procuring office supplies, coordinating catering and food delivery as needed, managing deliveries, organizing events in the office (this includes bi-monthly socials as well as coordinating and hosting Retreats), scheduling conference rooms, and managing our web based voicemail and emails. This role involves collaborating with colleagues and clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Office Management Responsibilities:

  • Greet employees and guests at the front desk
  • Provide a high level of customer service to employees and stakeholders
  • Order groceries and office supplies as needed; track and manage office inventory
  • Stock snacks and beverages for office kitchen
  • Order business cards for the field
  • Monitor dialpad voicemails and communicate to respective Managers for follow-up
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with meetings, company events and team retreats
  • Retreat events will require occasional early morning/late evenings hours to support events (20%)
  • Serve as point of contact for building management to contact for actions items that impact the office (fire-drills, window washing, building maintenance, etc.)
  • Support the Senior Manager of Administration, VP of Business Strategy and Events team with ad hoc requests and projects, as needed


  • 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager
  • In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
  • Hands on experience with Google Suite
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong intuition for exercising discretion and confidentiality
  • Must be able to work in our Bethesda, MD office full time, daily (remote work is not an option).
