Position: Clinical Manager

Community Clinic is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager for a primary care facility in Springdale, Arkansas. This position is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the clinical support staff. Key responsibilities include staff scheduling, work assignments, patient flow, compliance, training and performance appraisals. A current Arkansas LPN or RN license and previous supervisory experience in an ambulatory care setting is required. This is a full-time position, M – F. Excellent benefits package including insurance, 403(b), PTO and paid holidays.
