Position: Clinical Supervisor
A busy family practice clinic is looking for a Clinical Supervisor (MUST hold an active Arkansas Nursing License (LPN or RN) with excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. An ideal candidate will be able to balance clinical and administrative responsibilities.
This position is responsible for supervising clinical activities to include +\- 20 clinical staff (MA, LPN, RT(R), & Lab), providing patient care, ordering supplies, updating eMDs, creating policies and procedures, training of staff, assisting the administrator in daily operational activities, etc.
Requirements:
- Must have extensive EHR experience and be able to learn new systems quickly.
- RN or LPN with a minimum of 2 years supervisor experience required.
- Must have the ability to work effectively with others as part of a team.
- Must be a great communicator
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment.
