Our integrated environments include scribes, in-house moderate complexity laboratories, X-ray, mammography, after-hours urgent care, robotic prescription dispensing, and a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model that allows patients to buy access to all of our services as a low monthly subscription. We continue to offer traditional value based care in our Aledade Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and take insurance as well.

Miramont Wellness Center physicians will be responsible for comprehensive patient care, including, but not limited to: Physicals, Wellness Visits, BioTE Hormone Pelleting, Acute Care, Chronic Illness Management, Continuity Care, Minor Procedures, and Weight Loss Counseling.

Compensation and Benefits:

$10,000 sign on bonus
$65,000 stipend for Student Loan Repayment through our ACO partner, Aledade.
Competitive Salary plus incentives

PTO: Vacation/Holidays/Sick time
100% Outpatient

Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited school of Medicine or DO school
Active Colorado medical license or ability to obtain prior to start date
Active DEA or ability to obtain prior to start date
Board Certification / Board Eligible
