Referral Specialist - The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience with medication prior authorizations and/or referrals to community specialists. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, proficient computer skills, experience with EMR, specifically Greenway PrimeSuite, and willingness to work in a team environment are all desirable qualities we are looking for in our new hire. The Referral Specialist will work with community specialist to make appointments for our patients and with the insurance companies to prior authorize procedures and medications as needed for the patients of our busy primary care and rheumatology office. Other duties may include filling in for our clinical MA's or the Front office to cover sick days and vacations as needed. Salary is negotiable and is dependent upon relevant experience.
