Position: Family Practice Physician

Sierra Doctors Medical Group is searching for a Board-Certified Family Practice Physician. The office has been part of the Auburn community for 35+ years and requires a physician with a desire to lead. The practice was owned for 30 years by a husband-and-wife team, until the physician passed away about 5 years ago. We have been searching for the right candidate to bring our small-town office back to its core values where independent medicine will thrive. The physician will be responsible for holding insurance contracts, chart signing for all mid-levels, mentorship of midlevel's, maintaining quality measures and standard patient care. This position is best suited for a physician with an established career in Family Medicine and an entrepreneurial mindset. Historically, the office is also an urgent care facility. Experience and training in procedures such as laceration repair, wound care, and fracture stabilization is preferred. Ownership opportunities will be available for the right candidate and tenureship.

Location: Auburn, CA

Pay: $300k plus RVU bonus annually depending on experience

Benefits: matching 401k, medical/dental/vision, PTO, paid malpractice, licensure/CME allowance.

Schedule: 4 patient shifts per week
