Position: Bilingual Call Center Representative (HR/FT)

Summary: The Call Center Representative Is the typically the first voice and face for BCHC, they will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, utilizing company policies to solve customer issues and directing calls to the appropriate person within the organization. Our Call Center Representatives are often the first point of contact for patients, external healthcare providers, employees or service providers.
