Position: Front Desk Greeter/PSR (HR/FT)

Summary: The Front Desk Greeter / Patient Services Representative is the ambassador for their medical center location, as they are the initial contact person for all patients, visitors, board members, vendors, job applicants and other employees. This person is responsible for directing these individuals to the appropriate parties and answering questions as they arise. The Front Desk Greeter / PSR also manages the timely and accurate collection of important patient information during registration, scheduling and checkout function. The Front Desk Greeter / PSR actively supports BCHC in its efforts to maintain designation as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and as a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH). Participates actively in BCHC’s mission to provide exceptional patient-centered primary and preventive healthcare for all residents of Berks County, regardless of patient status.
