We are a pain management group and looking for an X-ray Tech who will prepare patients before procedures and will protect patients from radiation during radiological procedures. The Tech will develop, process, retrieve and track films to and from other departments or centers. The Tech will be responsible for ensuring equipment is in good working condition and examination rooms are stocked and ready for patients. The X-Ray tech will be responsible for obtaining quality diagnostic radiographs as requested by physicians.

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:

ARRT Certification (Required)

BLS Certification (Required)

Requirements:

Limited/Basic/NCT/LMRT certification in Radiology.
High School Diploma or equivalent; completion of course in limited-scope/basic/LMRT/NCT radiological course
Knowledge of Radiology equipment, and Safety hazards common to radiology including equipment, body mechanics, and patient movement.
