We are looking for a Learning Experience Design Specialist to support the Network Success team within the larger Product Organization at Aledade. The Network Success team is responsible for promoting the adoption of Value-Based Care best practices within our internal field teams and external provider practices.
The Network Success team at Aledade works cross-functionally with Product, Performance, and Provider Networks to equip our network of ACOs and our field teams with the knowledge, tools, technology, and support required to successfully improve performance within Aledade’s tech-enabled ACO ecosystem.
The Learning Experience Design Specialist is expected to have strong graphic design, content editing, and communication skills. This person should be eager to collaborate across functions to build and package content that drives learning and behavior change across our networks. Finally, the Learning Experience Design Specialist is passionate about exploring new ways to engage primary care practices in our network to consume and apply the knowledge necessary to succeed in the value-based care environment.
We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/working from home within the US or from our headquarters office in Bethesda, MD.

Primary Duties

  • Partner with Practice Adoption leads, subject matter experts, and other internal stakeholders to understand training needs and select the most appropriate process, structure, technology, and delivery formats depending on learning goals
  • Edit, design, and package scalable learning resources for a primary care practice audience that are engaging and immersive, and available in multiple formats including but not limited to: virtual live, on-demand, interactive multimedia, videos, quizzes, gamification solutions, etc.
  • Use graphic design and communication editing techniques to communicate complex concepts and processes in a way that is accessible to a range of learners and audiences
  • Collaborate with technical product managers and initiative leads to incorporate learning content into our proprietary software to support tech adoption
  • Stay on top of learning trends that are relevant to Aledade field teams and partner primary care practices to offer best-in-class user-centered experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, health care management, public policy, or other related field preferred. If applying with a different degree, must have demonstrated interest in healthcare through other experiences
  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning technology and user experience

Preferred KSA's

  • Excellent project management and communication skills, including ability to clearly convey design rationale, and iterate quickly with a multifaceted group of stakeholders to move a learning design project from start to completion
  • Experience in video editing and eModule publishing software such as, Articulate 360 software
  • Strong graphic design background and a proclivity for visual messaging and layout
  • Experience using communication design to motivate and change behaviors
  • Strong written communication skills and user-centered focus with an ability to adapt style to Aledade’s voice and key messages, and to tailor content style for different media and audiences
  • Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, and comfort with switching mediums and learning new programs
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort evaluating a diverse array of artifacts to ensure alignment with brand standards
  • The ability to thrive in a self-driven, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, changing priorities and limited daily direction
  • Background in healthcare industry preferred
