Galbraith Family Medicine, LLC, was founded in 2010, by husband and wife team David Galbraith, MD, and Kathryn Galbraith, MD, as an independent, rural community practice to care for the health needs of the whole family. Our focus is on providing quality care, including managing chronic illnesses, treating acute problems, and promoting a healthy lifestyle to prevent disease. We strive to foster a "family feel" at the practice, reflected also in how we work with each other as providers and staff to deliver great patient care.
As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. COVID-19 considerations: Patients symptomatic for or exposed to COVID are asked to reschedule or seek care at a test to treat site. We continually update preventative measures based on CDC guidance. All staff have immunity to COVID through vaccination, natural means or both.
