The Senior Manager, Practice Learning is responsible for developing and deploying scalable learning and practice transformation solutions to drive and sustain adoption of our proprietary technology and core initiatives across our network of practices. They will manage a team experienced in developing customer-facing learning programs and offerings that apply adult-learning principles and just-in-time learning tactics to practice transformation strategies. The Senior Manager will work cross functionally with Practice Adoption, Product, Performance, Provider Networks, and the Clinical Engagement team.
We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the U.S. or from our headquarters office in Bethesda, MD.

Primary Duties:

  • Create an exceptional practice learning experience. Build and maintain a customer-facing learning function that provides practice staff with seamless access to the relevant, accurate, engaging, and up-to-date learning offerings they need to succeed with Aledade throughout the customer journey.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop learning strategies. Partner with key stakeholders and leveraging customer data & feedback to understand customer training needs related to value-based care delivery and use of our proprietary technology to inform a learning strategy and offerings.
  • Develop learning resources. Engage with subject matter experts to develop scalable learning resources that apply adult learning and health literacy principles and best practices for training on technology to address critical customer knowledge gaps.
  • Maintain learning management systems. Ensure a high quality of maintenance of our learning systems and content, driving consistency in learning resources and experiences across our initiatives.
  • Manage a team to support the work.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in instructional design, adult learning, learning technology and user experience.
  • 4+ years of people management experience

Preferred knowledge, skills, and/or abilities:

  • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs and offerings that result in measurable improvements in customer learning, technology use, and satisfaction
  • Strong user-centered focus with an ability to apply adult learning principles to tailor content style for different audiences to support behavior changes that positively impact business goals
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey design and learning strategy rationale, and iterate quickly with a multifaceted group of stakeholders to move learning solutions from start to completion
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams to increase their effectiveness and efficiency in highly cross-functional contexts
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and proper learning program maintenance
  • Ability to conduct video editing and use eModule publishing software such as, Articulate 360 software
  • Strong graphic design background and a proclivity for visual messaging and layout to motivate and change behaviors
  • Familiarity with health literacy and content accessibility standards
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort evaluating a diverse array of artifacts to ensure alignment with brand standards
  • The ability to thrive in a self-driven, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, changing priorities and limited daily direction
  • Background in healthcare industry
  • Experience developing customer-facing learning products and solutions
