Aledade is actively seeking a Manager of Growth Development to support Aledade’s rapid growth strategy. This role involves building and managing a highly talented team of Sr. Outreach and Product Specialists focused on driving sales opportunities, process/technology adoption, and market penetration across our Large/Enterprise and CHC segments. The role is responsible for owning, defining, developing and executing account plans and consistently delivering on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual targets, working closely with the Director, Growth Development on deliverables, strategy execution and reporting.
We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the United States.

Primary Duties:

  • Directly manage 5-7 Sr. Outreach / Product Specialists responsible for prospecting outreach efforts into net new logo attainment and full cycle sales amongst our clients (Client Cross Sell)
  • Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed goals including regional teams hitting targeted growth goals and driving new business into the funnel
  • Provide strong coaching and mentoring through a deep understanding of sales, our business model, and our methodology
  • Track and monitor individual team performance, strengths and weaknesses and execute development plans accordingly; own monitoring of the daily priorities and other various dashboards in SFDC; measuring your metrics in your teams 1:1’s
  • Work closely/in partnership with the Director of Growth Development and other key stakeholders on Growth in the development of strategy to ensure attainment of our Growth targets

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, or a related field
  • 8+ years relevant work experience or sales experience
  • 3+ years proven success as a high performing individual contributor in physician network development or ISR/BDR/SDR role

Preferred KSA's:

  • Highly preferred experience working in value-based care
  • Strong communication skills - especially on the phone and via emails
  • Ability to build interpersonal rapport rapidly and overcome common objections
  • Good listener with a love for people and relationships, confidence in establishing new connections and building rapport with a long-term view
  • Proficiency in - CRM, familiarity with sales engagement tools like
  • Collaborative, supportive and candid with teammates; proactive in asking questions and eager to lend a helping hand
  • Sound judgment in managing focus, juggling multiple priorities and knowing when to escalate
