Our Internship program for our Enterprise Systems Team is designed for students and post-graduates looking to gain corporate experience and explore a future career in empowering independent, primary care practices.
Interns will be engaged with their individual unique projects and be responsible for delivering results, both as an individual and as a member of the team. The Aledade Internship Program is designed to foster relative work experience, camaraderie, networking opportunities, and professional development.
Project Overview and Primary Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Enterprise Systems Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in Service Desk operations, as well as building and configuring PCs and Macs.
As an intern, you will work closely with our IT professionals to support our internal users, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to the deployment and maintenance of computer systems.

This internship is focused on Enterprise Systems in Business Operations;

  • Assist in providing technical support to internal users via phone, email, or in person.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to PCs, Macs, and peripherals.
  • Participate in the setup, installation, and configuration of new computer systems.
  • Help maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory.
  • Collaborate with team members to document processes and create user guides.
  • Learn and adhere to company policies and security procedures.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the IT team.
  • Audio/Visual setup for mid-to-large conferences

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware components and peripherals.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn new technologies.

Preferred Key, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Previous experience in a technical support role or IT helpdesk.
  • Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practices.
  • Experience with imaging software for deploying operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and network concepts.
