Location: Joel Wellness Clinic

Position: Medical Assistant / MA

Will involve scheduling, receiving patients, initial screening/vitals, documentation, EMR chart updates, patient medication/tests, calls follow up. Performs other office duties as assigned and works within the scope of MA certification.

Must demonstrate good work-related ability and compassion, with a desire to grow long-term with the practice. Must show efficiency and a willingness to learn and ensure HIPAA compliance at the workplace.

Seeking experienced candidates with the following qualifications:

Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent.

Previous experience with Athena EMR is a plus

Phlebotomy skill strongly preferred
