Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our primary care office. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective patient care. Clinical Duties:

Maintain and stock examination rooms with necessary supplies and equipment.

Administrative Duties:

Greet patients and ensure a friendly and professional atmosphere in the waiting area.
Schedule appointments, update patient information, and verify insurance coverage.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct messages to appropriate staff members.
Manage medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in billing and coding processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Coordinate referrals to specialists, diagnostic facilities, and other healthcare providers.
Assist in maintaining office cleanliness and organization.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with healthcare providers, nurses, and other medical assistants to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.
Communicate effectively with patients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their understanding of instructions.
