We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and the management of acute and chronic illnesses. Must be punctual and dependable. Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments
- Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses
- Manage chronic health conditions
- Prescribe medications and treatments
- Educate patients on wellness and disease prevention
- Must be focused on clinical excellence, building lasting relationships & patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Perform procedures such as venipuncture
- Follow clinical protocols that comply with company policy
Skills:
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems like eClinicalWorks
- Meet expectations for quality-of-care measurements
- Total number of patients seen daily is 20-24
- Knowledge of utilization management principles
- Experience with Family Medicine
- Familiarity with ICD-10 coding
- Strong background in primary care practices
- Comfort working with people with developmental disabilities
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations
