This individual will coordinate with the clinical team to initiate access to PrEP care. Participate in PrEP promotional campaign /Outreach. Excellent organizational, leadership, coordination, and communication skills are required. Computers / EHR skills required. Bilingual plus.

Must be willing to travel and have your own means of transportation.

M-S, hours varies. EOE

Education: BS in health education, public health, social work or other health related field.
