Sr. Analyst, Central Performance & Innovation (Remote)

The Sr. Analyst of CPI will support the various teams across the Central Performance & Innovation department with a focus on supporting the development of custom analytics solutions—bridging data gaps for internal stakeholders.
Additionally, the Analyst will contribute to and drive different activities with Aledade Departments and internal and external stakeholders to achieve mutually defined goals, and further the program development of the centralized service team. The Analyst must be curious, flexible, detail and service-oriented, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and be fluent in Google Workspace tools such as Google Sheets.
Candidates should be comfortable working remotely/work from home anywhere within the US.
Primary Duties:
Data Analysis:
- Analysis of operational and performance data within CPI programs and geographic markets, providing recommendations that directly inform strategic decision making:
- Analyze market data and trends; making recommendations to field executive leadership, directly impacting development of both market and region level performance and optimization strategies.
- Independent execution of bespoke data analyses and visualizations for internal stakeholders, applying extreme attention to detail to ensure data quality.
- Craft and generate periodic reports and conduct deep-dive, ad-hoc analyses to drive improved performance for various markets and enterprise partners.
- Partner with key stakeholders (e.g. Medical Directors, Market Leads) to translate complex clinical and business questions into actionable data insights.
Process Execution:
- Responsible for leading execution of ongoing process operations across department programs, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and consistency:
- Independent oversight and implementation of automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Spearhead creation of process documentation, SOPs, and training materials to ensure effective adoption of standardized procedures.
Operational Support:
- Drive operational improvement initiatives to streamline and optimize internal processes. Provide independent oversight and governance of intranet assets and department SOPs, anticipating next steps and proposing potential solutions for process optimization:
- Proactively identify areas of improvement within daily operations and drive the implementation of newly automated workflows, modifying approaches as necessary to increase efficiency.
- Resolve a variety of operational issues across department areas with minimal supervision, anticipating next steps and proposing potential solutions to optimize internal processes.
Cross-Program Collaboration:
- Proactively identify areas of improvement and facilitate communication amongst key stakeholders to drive strategic alignment on opportunities for optimization and automation:
- Partner with colleagues to contribute to cross-departmental performance efforts.
- Collaborate with and facilitate communication amongst key stakeholders to identify and provide input on opportunities for optimization and automation.
Monitor and Drive Towards Goals:
- Proactively manage timelines and independently drive assigned deliverables to completion across various department programs and special initiatives.
- Act as a flexible, strategic resource to execute emerging tasks and other duties as assigned, ensuring alignment with overarching company standardizations and mutually defined goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required
2-4 years of relevant work and/or internship experience - Experience using Google Sheets or Excel as a data management tool and comfortable with formulas and creating pivot tables. Experience using Microsoft Tools.
- Critical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex tasks, anticipate potential problems, and develop logical solutions to propose and implement
- A collaborative team player with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
Preferred KSA's:
- Highly organized, curious, and proactive in raising questions around clarity, prioritization, blockers, and other points to drive assigned tasks forward
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity: Ability to take a high-level request from a stakeholder and, with agreement from manager, define the necessary data parameters with minimal to moderate direction.
- Intense attention to detail and data quality assurance; ability to validate results and investigate abnormalities or unexpected results
- Demonstrated ability to conduct nuanced analyses to produce accurate and unbiased results and tell the story of those results in data visualizations and reports.
- Proven track record of accountability and project success
- Familiarity with value-based care contracts
- Experience using Tableau, Monday.com, and Google Suite
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
