Altruist is entering an exciting phase, and we're looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our quickly scaling Marketing team!

What you’ll do

You’ll play a critical role in marketing strategy, planning, and execution. Working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams, you’ll drive the delivery of seamless experiences for traffic and leads throughout the customer journey. You’ll develop and manage systems to take a user all the way from their first web session to becoming a valued customer on the Altruist platform.

  • Own, administer, and optimize the marketing tech stack to drive business results
  • Lead business-critical projects from beginning to end working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Integrate the marketing and sales technology stacks to drive efficiency throughout the funnel
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes to improve the customer journey and drive growth
  • Partner with growth and content teams to build marketing automation, and optimize lifecycle workflows to nurture leads and effectively motion the sales team
  • Manage existing vendors and evaluate new technologies that have the potential to improve marketing and sales KPIs
  • Troubleshoot and QA tool implementations, workflows, and data pipelines
  • Develop enablement and training programs to ensure marketers and sales teams are fully enabled to use new system features and technologies

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years marketing, sales or revenue operations experience in a fast-paced, startup environment; fintech or financial services experience a plus
  • 3+ years of Hubspot and Salesforce experience
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, Amplitude and Tableau with the ability to create performance dashboards that track key performance metrics for various stakeholders
  • Systems thinker with a track record for structuring and improving the efficiency of complex tech stacks
  • Experience utilizing automation and data to increase marketing and sales funnel conversion metrics
  • Deep understanding of the martech landscape and how to extract value from various software tools
  • Ability to provide ROI analysis and create requirements for technical and product teams to implement new technologies
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in an easy to understand format
  • Strong desire to create and improve processes that drive growth and revenue at scale
Geo A salary range - San Francisco Bay Area and NY
$107,000$153,000 USD

Total compensation includes a competitive benefits package along with equity in the form of Stock Options (ISOs). A salary offer will be determined by a number of factors including experience, skill level, internal pay equity, geographic location, and other relevant business considerations.
