About the position

Join our growing events team and contribute to the success of our company-hosted events, including prospecting events, community engagement gatherings, and user conferences. As an Events Coordinator, you will report to the Senior Events Manager and play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of events that elevate our brand and engage our audience.

What you’ll do

  • Event Coordination and Execution: Assist in planning and executing company-hosted events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for attendees.
  • Logistics Management: Assist in manangement end-to-end logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, sponsor engagement, attendee management, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Budget Oversight: Maintain the budget for owned events, providing detailed reporting on expenses to ensure financial accountability.
  • Communication: Ensure clear communication to conference team participants, providing all event details, goals, objectives, and process specifications.Assist in the coordination and execution of company-hosted events, including prospecting events, community engagement events, and user conferences.
  • Speaker and Presentation Coordination: Assist in coordinating speakers and presentations to enhance the overall impact of our hosted events.
  • Marketing Efforts: Plan and execute marketing efforts targeting conference attendees to maximize brand exposure.
  • On-Site Support: Travel on-site to events, providing assistance for a smooth experience for team attendees.

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years of proven experience in event coordination in a fast-paced startup environment; fintech or financial services a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • HubSpot and Bizzabo Experience a plus
  • Travel Requirements: Must be willing to travel up to 30% of the time (domestic travel only).
San Francisco, CA salary range
$90$120 USD

Total compensation includes a competitive benefits package along with equity in the form of Stock Options (ISOs). A salary offer will be determined by a number of factors including experience, skill level, internal pay equity, geographic location, and other relevant business considerations.
