About the position
Altruist is entering an exciting phase, and we're looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to join our Client Development team.
What you’ll do
- Build, implement, measure and continuously improve how we onboard, train, and equip our sales team to drive results
- Work closely with sales leadership, sales operations, and product marketing to develop sales content and ensure it is accessible, organized, and current
- Design and deliver training through a variety of methods to maximize efficiency and learning retention
- Set onboarding goals for sales team, measure results, and offer data-driven recommendations to sales leadership to improve hiring and performance
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify gaps in sellers’ knowledge, skills, or abilities and craft and execute plans to close these gaps
- Lead special projects for sales leadership as needed (e.g., drafting coaching guides, implementing new sales tools, developing certifications programs)
What you’ll bring
- 5 or more years of experience in a sales enablement role for a B2B financial services or fintech organization
- Track record of building, implementing, and continuously improving sales onboarding and training programs to improve business outcomes
- Extensive knowledge of B2B sales processes, skills, and tools to drive efficiency, effectiveness, predictability, and scalability
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Commitment to high standards, data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and teamwork

Total compensation includes a competitive benefits package along with equity in the form of Stock Options (ISOs).
