Altruist is entering an exciting phase and we are looking for an organized and resourceful individual who can own the calendar of our CEO and help protect his time. This person will have the ability to prioritize tasks, make sound judgment calls, and is eager to play a key role in a complex, growing, disruptive business.

This position will be onsite at our Culver City office.

What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with the CEO to support and manage his schedule and all day to day administrative responsibilities
  • Provide calendar support to the executive team as needed, especially when meetings also involve the CEO
  • Manage the CEO’s inbox, ensuring critical messages are reviewed in timely manner and do not “get buried”
  • Evaluate and prioritize meeting requests from internal and external stakeholders and respond accordingly
  • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the Executive team
  • Own and manage both internal and external scheduling (e.g., weekly business updates, All Hands, Board meetings)
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and restaurant reservations when necessary
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with Board members, advisors, and clients in a professional manner
  • Strong critical thinking
  • Impeccable organizational skills and time management
  • Ability to function autonomously in a fast paced environment
  • Google Suite experience
  • Previous fintech or startup experience preferred but not required

For this role, our anticipated base salary range is $96,000 - $141,000. Total compensation also includes a competitive and benefits package along with equity in the form of Stock Options (ISOs). A salary offer will be determined by a number of factors including experience, skill level, internal pay equity, geographic location, and other relevant business considerations. We review all teammate pay and compensation programs regularly to ensure fair, equitable, and competitive pay.
