About the role
- Digital Marketing Strategy – Lead Astrix’s global demand generation strategy, from planning, budgeting, and execution, to deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact. Present performance and insights directly to the leadership team.
- ABM & Outbound – Collaborate with the SDR leader to define and refine Astrix’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), align targeting and messaging, and build a cohesive ABM + outbound strategy that connects digital, paid, content, and SDR-led touchpoints into one coordinated GTM engine.
- Accelerate inbound growth by leading a holistic strategy across content, GEO/SEO, paid media, and web optimization (CRO) to expand reach, increase qualified traffic, and drive measurable pipeline impact.
- Growth Marketing – Define and execute full-funnel growth strategies grounded in data, experimentation, and performance insights to drive scalable, efficient pipeline growth and maximize marketing ROI.
- Marketing Operations – Define and oversee marketing automated workflows, processes, and the full technology stack, including. HubSpot and ABM tools, ensuring
- Own end-to-end campaign leadership — connecting Sales enablement, SDR, Field marketing, and Product Marketing to ensure unified messaging, seamless buyer experiences, and the highest possible impact across all GTM motions
Requirements
- Location: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Boston
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including at least 4+ years focused on demand generation and growth marketing.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in cybersecurity marketing.
- Proven track record of scaling pipeline and revenue in cybersecurity or high-growth technology startups (preferably Series A–C/D stages).
- Exceptional content and creative marketing expertise — demonstrated success in crafting compelling narratives, messaging, and integrated campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
- Advanced proficiency with HubSpot (admin level) and ABM tools, with strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Google Analytics.
- Demonstrated success in building and executing inbound marketing programs, including sponsored media, email marketing, content syndication, and influencer collaborations.
- Strong data-driven and analytical mindset, with expertise in funnel optimization and performance measurement.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance campaign efficiency, personalization, and targeting.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; proven ability to work closely with Sales, SDR, and RevOps to align on strategy and execution.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a passion for building, mentoring, and empowering high-performing teams.
- Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and results-oriented, thriving in fast-paced, scaling environments.
- Collaborative and easy to work with across global time zones (Israel and U.S.).
- The total on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $180,000–$200,000, with an 80/20 split between base salary and performance-based bonus, depending on experience and location.
