About the Role
Join our mission-driven team at Auditoria.AI to transform financial back-office operations using advanced AI and ML. You would be working at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and practical enterprise solutions, driving both technical excellence and business impact in the FinTech space.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the design, development, and deployment of core areas of Auditoria’s products, including cloud-native connectors for one or more enterprise ERP systems such as Oracle Finance (Fusion ERP Cloud), Workday Finance, or SAP ERP (S/4HANA, ECC), leveraging the latest tech stack hosted on AWS cloud.
- Implement bi-directional data integration using platform-approved APIs and technologies for one or more of the following ERP platforms, leveraging AI-assisted implementation tools to accelerate delivery in a fast-paced environment:
- Oracle: REST, SOAP, FBDI, ADF
- Workday: REST APIs, SOAP APIs, WQL, Enterprise Interface Builder, Workday Prism
- SAP: OData, BAPI, RFC, IDoc, SAP Integration Suite/CPI
- Develop scalable, fault-tolerant data synchronization pipelines capable of handling high-volume read/write operations and large transactional datasets with strong performance.
- Build configurable, self-service schema mapping and field selection capabilities, enabling customers to dynamically select and map objects, data types, and attributes across connected ERP systems.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms relevant to the assigned ERP platform(s), including OAuth 2.0, SAML, and platform-specific identity services, integrated with our platform’s tenant management.
- Ensure multi-tenant architecture where connector instances are automatically available and independently configurable per tenant.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance metrics to ensure observability, error detection, and proactive issue resolution.
- Collaborate across multiple teams and time zones — including Product Management, Platform Engineering, QA, and Operations — to deliver quality solutions from design through production.
- Partner with business teams to deliver incremental value to clients.
- Stay current with integration guidelines, API updates, and best practices for the assigned ERP platform(s), ensuring continuous compliance, compatibility, and alignment with internal reliability and security standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a premier college.
- 8+ years of professional, hands-on experience developing and shipping complex software systems, including 5+ years building cloud or SaaS integrations.
- Strong programming skills in Node.js .
- Hands-on ERP integration experience with one or more platforms: Oracle Fusion, Workday, or SAP.
- Deep understanding of data synchronization, API design, and error recovery for high-volume systems.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization standards (OAuth2, SAML, JWT, SAP Identity Authentication Service, etc.).
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and system observability skills (logs, metrics, tracing).
- Embraces startup setup, can work through unknowns, resource constraints, and multiple priorities with creativity and resourcefulness.
- Experience with the Agile development process and zeal for engineering best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Domain experience with Workday Financial Management, Oracle Finance, or SAP Finance (FI/CO).
- Professional certification in one or more ERP platforms: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Application Integration Professional, Workday Pro Integrations Certification, or SAP Certified Associate – Integration Developer.
- Experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes, containers, Istio, and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience with system design, data modeling, and data stores (RDBMS, Neo4j, Big Data).
- Experience with AWS services (Step Functions, RDS, Kinesis, ELK).
- Familiarity with GenAI tools and technologies.
