Job Description Summary

Responsible for overseeing CareMore Health's contracted provider network, including HEDIS/STAR, Coding, and Quality performance and clinic operations. The AGM is responsible for leading the daily operations of a high-performing care center, ensuring excellence in patient experience, clinical quality, and team engagement.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Manages a P&L to ensure the sub-region achieves growth, clinical operations, member experience, and network performance goals.

  • Conducts in-depth strategic research on market and competition.

  • Develops strategies to respond to competition and improve CareMore Health's market share.

  • Leads strategic initiatives that involve significant monetary investments and that support key strategic direction to CareMore Health with oversight from the Market GM.

  • Analyzes financial and operational data and prepares graphic presentations and talking points for the Market GM and Senior Leadership. * Serves as project manager for special projects as directed by executive management.

  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels and evaluates performance of direct reports.

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field

  • 5+ years experience in healthcare operations; project management or medical office management

  • Proven leadership experience with cross-functional teams

  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, quality standards, and patient-centered care

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Compensation: $144K - $180K annual salary & bonus eligible
