Location: 5625 Eiger Rd Suite 200 Austin, TX 78735

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm (with occasional Saturday shifts 8:00 am-12:00 pm)

Responsibilities include:

Checking patients in/out
Verifying insurance
Collecting patient payments
Processing referrals and pre-authorizations/radiology orders

Candidates need:

Basic computer skills
Customer service centric attitude
Pleasant, professional demeanor

Preferred:

Medical office experience
Athena EMR experience is a plus
