Seeking a full-time Nocturnist APRN/PA in Winter Haven, FL

Are you ready to embark on a fulfilling medical career? Millennium Physician Group is seeking a talented Nocturnist to join our esteemed medical team.

The Hospitalist Nighttime APP provides overnight inpatient coverage, ensuring high quality clinical care during non daytime hours. This position follows a 7-on / 7-off block schedule, offering continuous night coverage during the assigned workweek.

Key Details:
Shift: 12 hour nights
Rotation: One week on, one week off

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain high standards of patient care
• Provide high-quality medical services under supervision of a physician
• Recommend appropriate treatments, medicines, and therapies for optimal patient outcomes
• Chart patient progress and meticulously maintain detailed, accurate health records

Required skills and qualifications

• Degree from an accredited institution required
• Valid license to practice as an APRN/PA Physician Assistant in Florida
• Proven experience in providing exceptional patient care and medical services
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Analytical thinking skills with the ability to investigate and diagnose

Preferred skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in primary care or equivalent combination of education and experience
• AP with Urgent care or ER setting experience may be considered
