How will you make an impact & Requirements
The Role
This is not a traditional executive assistant role.
You are a partner to the CEO and a trusted resource to the broader executive team. While your primary focus is supporting the CEO, you will also provide targeted support to other senior leaders as business priorities require.
Your responsibility is to support leadership focus, strengthen alignment, and actively manage priorities across competing demands. This role requires judgment, not just execution.
The pace is real. Priorities evolve. This role requires flexibility, including availability outside of standard business hours when needed.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate and manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, and scheduling with a prioritization first mindset
Assess urgency and importance across meetings, requests, and commitments
Flag tradeoffs and recommend focus areas
Prepare agendas and materials for leadership meetings and track follow ups and action items
Coordinate internal and external meetings, travel, and logistics with seamless execution across time zones
Anticipate needs in advance and prepare context, materials, and follow ups to keep the CEO and other executives operating at a high level
Partner closely with senior leaders to coordinate schedules, planning cycles, and sensitive communications
Provide communications support, ad hoc project coordination, and initiative support that requires discretion, judgment, and strong follow through
Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and shifting business needs
Partner in the planning and execution of key company and leadership events, including offsites and Sales Kickoffs
Support special initiatives, transformation efforts, and ad hoc projects as assigned.
Conduct basic research, organize data, and assist with presentation development.
Anticipate upcoming needs tied to business cycles, growth initiatives, or organizational change.
Strengthen executive operating rhythm and cross functional coordination
What You’ll Bring
5+ years experience supporting a CEO or senior executive in a complex, fast paced organization, experience supporting multiple executives preferred
Ability to manage priorities and assess urgency, not just execute tasks
Comfort working across time zones and adapting to the pace and change of our environment
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); comfort with collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, SharePoint).
Exceptional organization and disciplined follow through
Clear and concise communication skills
High level of discretion and reliability when handling sensitive information
Confidence operating independently and anticipating needs
Familiarity with board support and executive governance processes.
