Job Description Summary

-Drives the creation, approval and execution of project plans, and/or contributes to the management and execution of these plans. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and stakeholders goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with team members and line managers. Acts as liaison with alliance partners and thought leaders external to the company. Interfaces with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.

Job Description

Major accountabilities:

• Responsible for planning, monitoring, documenting of projects and analysis of information -Practices efficient time management, focuses on deliverables, and is able to effectively prioritize when undertaking assigned projects -Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
• resources to correct and/or achieve project goals -Contributes to some cost center goals and objectives -Broadens technical knowledge via departmental activities, literature reading and experiential learning -May train junior.
• new team members -Skilled in collaboration across project team(s)
• Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt
• Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)

Key performance indicators:

• Timely delivery of project as defined -Customer / partner/ project feedback and satisfaction -Adherence to Novartis policy and guidelines
