Job Description Summary

This temporary role involves utilizing chemistry laboratory skills to sampling incoming (Excipients, APIs and Packaging materials) materials. The Quality Control Analyst ensures all sampling of incoming materials are conducted in compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and validated analytical methods.

Job Description

Major Accountabilities:

• Manage sampling process of incoming materials (Excipients, APIs, microbiology and Packaging materials) in compliance with GxP standards.
• Perform sampling process and documentation of incoming materials according to GxP requirements.
• Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.
• Ensure continuous inspection readiness and adherence to GMP, GSU guidelines, and SOPs.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and process optimizations.
• Complete all required training activities.

Essential Requirements:

• Strong technical and scientific background in pharmaceutical or chemical fields.
• Hands-on experience in a laboratory setting within the pharmaceutical, analytics, or quality control environment.
• Associate Degree or High school graduate in Chemistry or related field
