You’ll partner closely with country teams and cross‑functional experts in data, digital, marketing, medical, and commercial to design, build, deploy, and continuously improve scalable analytics solutions that are simple to use and trusted by field teams. You will own product strategy and roadmaps, prioritize resources, and steer adoption and change so that insights translate into measurable business impact.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design, delivery, and adoption of commercial reporting and analytics products across international markets.
- Manage scalable analytics solutions that generate objective, actionable insights for sales, field teams, and commercial partners.
- Partner with country analytics teams to balance localized needs with standardized global sales and field analytics models.
- Translate analytics outcomes into clear business recommendations that drive measurable commercial impact across international markets.
- Collaborate with data, digital, medical, marketing, and commercial teams to identify opportunities and shape solution roadmaps.
- Oversee dashboarding and reporting capabilities to ensure timely, intuitive insights for field and business stakeholders.
- Prioritize product resources, manage budgets, and oversee timelines across full analytics product lifecycles.
- Drive adoption and change management so solutions are understood, utilized, and delivering intended value.
- Monitor product performance, business value, and outcomes to continually refine analytics capabilities and processes.
- Apply Agile product practices to deliver iterative enhancements that improve analytics usability and effectiveness.
Essential Requirements
- Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- At least twelve years of experience in country sales analytics or commercial operations within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
- At least twelve years of experience in data analytics or marketing science supporting commercial decision‑making.
- Extensive experience applying analytics and artificial intelligence in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare environment.
- Proven proficiency with business intelligence tools, including Power BI and experience with customer relationship management platforms such as Veeva or Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of health care professional journey analytics, segmentation, targeting, integrated insights, competitive intelligence, and omnichannel planning. Profound understanding of Medical Excellence vision, integrated insights and supporting analytics will be highly values.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders across sales, marketing, and medical functions.
- Demonstrated Data Product experience, expertise and future-vision mindset.
- Deep knowledge of the end‑to‑end pharmaceutical value chain and hands‑on experience with field, marketing, and sales analytics.
Desirable Requirements
- Practical experience building self‑service dashboards, narrative analytics tools, and applying business intelligence solutions such as Power BI.
- Experience embedding advanced analytics into marketing and customer engagement platforms, including customer relationship management systems, marketing automation tools, and digital channels.
