Location: Israel, field based

The Purpose of this role is building and executing business plans to achieve sales goals for key accounts within the assigned territories. Driving territory sales performance, market share and optimal resource utilization through building effective professional business relationships with customers that support delivery of business results in a specific therapeutic area.


Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Build and execute territory and key account business plans to achieve agreed sales targets and drive sustainable market share growth.

  • Manage and implement commercial programs and agreements within key accounts to maximize sales impact and profitability.

  • Identify and proactively respond to commercial opportunities and threats arising from market dynamics and customer needs.

  • Coordinate closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales stakeholders to optimize execution of commercial initiatives.

  • Communicate implications and performance outcomes of commercial programs clearly to internal stakeholders.

  • Build, maintain, and grow long-term, trust-based relationships with key customers and external partners.

  • Ensure effective resource utilization and operate within allocated budgets and company processes.

  • Deliver promotional plans and activities that maximize product visibility, distribution, and return on sales.

  • Operate with high compliance, adhering to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • University degree in science or marketing and/or MBA; fluent Hebrew and English; minimum 7 years of sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Strong ownership mindset with proven accountability for achieving sales, profitability, and business KPIs.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently with strong prioritization, time management, and self-management skills.

  • Analytical and strategic thinker able to assess complex business environments, risks, and opportunities.

  • Strong integrative thinking with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into clear insights.

  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and influencing skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

  • Proven adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environments.

  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building capabilities within matrix and cross-functional organizations.
