1、Support the end-to-end management of seller performance within key strategic programs—including JBP, SBP, and their standard tiers under senior team guidance.
2、Assist in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on seller KPIs and program compliance to help evaluate performance, identify basic gaps, and support data-driven recommendations.
3、Coordinate with cross-functional teams—including category management, operations, and account management—to align seller activities with platform goals and track execution of business plans.
4、Support key account managers by helping deliver performance feedback, guiding sellers through onboarding into foundational programs (e.g., JBP or SBP), and clarifying basic eligibility criteria.
5、Contribute seller insights and market observations to inform updates and improvements to existing JBP/SBP program frameworks.

1、Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
2、Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketplaces, and seller ecosystem development; prior internship experience in tech or e-commerce is a plus.
3、Proficient in English; fluency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is advantageous.
4、Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5、Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with a customer-first mindset and strong teamwork orientation.
