• Partnering with segment leaders, and sales team in driving the advertising investment for the assigned cluster portfolio
• Actively pitch and introduce the suite of Sponsored Solutions to sales team to drive and optimize the advertising performance of sellers on Lazada
• Educate the internal team on the unique selling points of each solution through mass and customized workshops and training
• Review campaign performance and provide in-depth analysis and key recommendations to improve and optimize performance to drive ads revenue growth
• Steer the advertising performance for the assigned cluster portfolio through conducting weekly and monthly reviews in regards to Lazada Sponsored Solutions with sales team
• Monitor handled category's performance metrics across the different solutions and identify benchmarks, best practices, optimization guidelines and points for improvement
• Being the single point of contact for anything related to Sponsored Solutions for assigned cluster portfolio

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5-6 years of experience in account management
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a clear sense of ownership, quality and timely delivery work
• Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment
• Strong project management and coordination skills to be able to liaise with different internal and external teams
• Strong Excel and Analysis skill
