We’re looking for a skilled and motivated System Administrator to join our IT team at CTERA Networks.

• 2–3 years of experience as a System Administrator
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server
• Experience managing Microsoft 365, including security tools
• English proficiency
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Hands-on experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
• Familiarity with firewalls and network security – advantage
• Experience with Linux systems – advantage
• Excellent communication, can-do approach and problem-solving skills
• A true team player with a proactive mindset
• Availability to work from the office in Petah Tikva at least 3 days a week
• Scripting Skills (Powershell/Bash)
• knowledge with backup and restore systems
• Proven experience in managing storage systems

• Monitor and maintain IT systems, servers, and infrastructure (on-prem and cloud)
• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory and Windows Server environments
• Administer and secure Microsoft 365 accounts and services
• Provide advanced technical support to employees, resolving issues in real time
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Maintain and support AWS cloud infrastructure and tools
• Troubleshoot network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs
• Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with company policies
• Lead and support IT projects based on organizational needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure-related requirements
