• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field- required.
• Strong software engineering foundation - ability to write clean code, design system architecture, and debug complex issues.
• Hands-on experience in AI/ML-related software development.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with async programming, frameworks such as LangChain, FastAPI, MCP.
• Experience with Docker, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Creative problem-solver with strong analytical thinking and product intuition.
• Fast learner, independent, and agile team player with a proactive mindset.

Bonus points:

• Deep understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, and embedding techniques.
• Experience with AI/ML model optimization and data science techniques.
• Familiarity with document processing pipelines and NLP systems.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-based features and automation tools across CTERA’s platform.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to identify and execute opportunities for AI integration.
• Work with Machine Learning models, LLMs, NLP, and generative AI frameworks to enhance product intelligence and user experience.
• Prototype, test, and iterate rapidly, optimizing models for scalability and performance.
• Stay updated on AI and ML trends, tools, and research, bringing fresh ideas and technical insight to the team.
