Global Partner Marketing Manager

Description

This role leads global partner marketing programs supporting joint growth with CTERA’s strategic partners – Hyperscalers, OEMs, Alliance, and Channel partners. You will work closely with the channel, alliances, sales, and regional marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Channel Marketing or Alliance Marketing at a rapidly scaling global SaaS organization
  • Experience working with cloud providers and enterprise software partners
  • Strong program management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage/execute programs within SFDC and a marketing automation platform
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and execution capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Work global channel sales and alliance team to deliver resources necessary to improve partner sales productivity and increase win rates.
  • Contribute to defining and executing the global partner marketing strategy in alignment with company objectives and partner go-to-market motions.
  • Drive co-branded campaigns, joint events, and integrated demand-generation programs across the partner ecosystem, ensuring measurable partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Build scalable partner marketing frameworks to strengthen engagement and support joint pipeline growth.
  • Track and report on partner marketing impact pipeline, and ROI
  • Ability to span both strategy and execution as the leader of a critical, high-visibility team
