Description

CTERA is looking for a creative and strategic Content Marketing Director to lead our story across every channel and touchpoint. This role sits at the intersection of brand, product, and demand generation and owns content strategy, planning, creation, and performance measurement. You’ll build the frameworks, messaging, and content experiences that drive awareness, educate our market, and accelerate the buyer journey.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in content or product marketing, preferably in Storage, B2B SaaS, or technology industries.
  • Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel content strategies that drive measurable business impact.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone across audiences and formats.
  • Experience building and managing an editorial calendar and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort using analytics to inform content decisions and measure effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and AI-powered content tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the content strategy. Define and execute a content roadmap aligned with business goals, messaging priorities, and market opportunities.
  • Create content that converts. Develop assets across formats, including blogs, ebooks, email campaigns, thought leadership, case studies, landing pages, and product messaging, to support awareness and demand.
  • Align content to the buyer journey. Understand audience segments and craft the right messages for each stage of the funnel.
  • Lead content distribution. Partner with digital, demand gen, PR, and social teams to ensure content is promoted effectively across all channels.
  • Build scalable frameworks. Implement processes, templates, and editorial guidelines that streamline content creation and maintain brand voice and quality.
  • Leverage technology. Use modern tools, including AI, to scale content creation, optimize performance, and experiment with new formats.
