ABOUT THE ROLE

The Desktop Support Technician’s role is to support and maintain organizational computer systems, desktops, and peripherals.

  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Knowledge of computer software, operating systems, hardware and networking

  • Positive and professional demeanor

Education and Experience:

  • A+/Network+ certification preferred.
  • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
