Our mission is to make real time data engineering dead simple. With Decodable, application developers, data engineers, and data scientists can get data from a myriad of systems, process it with SQL, and get it to applications, databases, data lakes, and storage systems without needing a PhD in distributed systems.

To do that, we need you!

You will lead our Product Marketing function and be responsible for our bottoms up, developer-led, GTM strategy and execution. You will help shape the product, drive feature launches, and define the strategies we employ to grow adoption. You will own strategy, positioning, and content across our website, launch campaigns and sales material. You know how to build out the developer and customer journey, how to align key messages to the target audiences, and love to make developers happy.

We are looking for candidates who have experience with:

Data infrastructure or cloud-native services

Product-led growth and bottom up selling

Developer content and evangelism

Engaging developer communities

Leading full lifecycle marketing & growth programs

Experience at a cloud data infrastructure company is a huge plus.
