Job Description

This role is fully remote and must be located within one of the contiguous 50 states

A bit about this role:

  • Devoted Health’s Sales Strategy & Operations team is entrusted with fully managing the operations of a robust multi-channel sales force and enabling membership growth in our markets.

  • As a key member of our team, the leader of Broker Engagement will play a crucial role in developing and executing a strategy to engage our largest channel. In this high-visibility role, you will have the opportunity to work across the broker journey to identify, design, and execute new opportunities for high-impact experiences for brokers.

Required skills and experience:

  • BA or BS required / Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred but not required

  • 7+ years experience

  • Strategic mindset with deep solutioning / problem-solving capabilities

  • Strong attention to detail, organized and thorough with a desire for continuous process improvements

  • Excellent communication skills, including ability to clearly articulate needs, objectives, priorities, and strategy in writing

  • Strong analytical skills to develop understanding of program performance and leverage data to optimize

  • Robust communication skills and executive presence, able to correspond effectively and present information succinctly to executive stakeholders

  • Fast learner, can pick up new content/industries quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional organizational skills, adept at prioritizing tasks effectively to consistently meet deadlines

  • Previous Healthcare experience and/or startup experience a plus

Desired skills and experience:

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of operational, analytical, and creative expertise to be able to construct and manage campaigns and initiatives to drive broker engagement and membership growth.

  • Additionally, the candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy and will have a roll-up their sleeves mentality.

  • You should be analytically oriented, ready to leverage data and quick problem solving to make effective decisions.

  • Finally, you should be comfortable taking ownership of a key piece of the business and have a desire to learn and take on more responsibility as you and your role expand.

Your Responsibilities and Impact will include:

  • Develop and execute thoughtful, analytically-backed strategies and optimization initiatives to deliver growth goals

  • Build roadmap articulating a vision for future broker engagement initiatives and communicate to senior leadership and other executive stakeholders

  • Lead and oversee the project management of large-scale initiatives, coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of project milestones

  • Manage and own multiple projects and work streams simultaneously while facilitating input from a variety of key stakeholders

  • Execute and iterate strategy for targeted broker communication campaigns to build engagement and excitement across email, text, and digital channels

  • Align needs and deliverables across all levels of the organization and manage timely delivery of projects and assets related to goals and budget

  • Plan, execute, and test pilots for new services, experiences, or digital tools such as a new email campaign type, a piece of broker mail or swag, a live training or event, a digital experience in our agent portal, or something else

  • Own, manage, and build upon current broker engagement programs

Salary Range: $107,000 - $180,000 / year
