Job Description

A bit about this role:

The Provider Operations team is responsible for delivering tight operations, meaningful data and analytics, user-friendly tools and content, and shared best practices across markets. Foundational to this strategy is our ability to be an engine of accurate provider data, which is inherently complex, messy, and ever-changing. Our ability to have accurate and accessible provider data allows us to better serve our members and providers, reduces our administrative cost and burden, and informs our strategic business decisions and core operations. This role will be responsible for leading projects to support navigating members to high quality, low cost providers and evolving our provider directory into a strategic tool for care navigation. We’re looking for a senior leader who is technically capable of finding insights and turning insights into action.

Your Responsibilities and Impact will include: (6-7 bullets max recommended)

  • Develop and execute initiatives to support navigating members to high quality providers

  • Business owner of Devoted’s external Provider Directory and internal provider search tooling, leading our effort to continuously improve the usability and usefulness of our directory to match our strategy

  • Quantitatively and qualitatively review directory utilization to identify opportunities to improve effectiveness

  • Develop and improve methodologies to continuously evaluate our in-network providers based on quality, accessibility and patient experience to inform our care navigation initiatives

  • Partner with key leaders across network, member service guide and clinical to enable teams to support care navigation efforts to improve the quality of seen specialists

  • Partner with product and engineering to build directory and care navigation tools in support of goals

  • Evaluate vendor landscape and manage vendor relationships

Required skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degrees and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience

  • Previous Healthcare experience and/or startup experience

  • Proficient in analyzing data sets to generate insights

  • Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration and influence stakeholders

  • Exceptional organizational skills, adept at prioritizing tasks effectively to consistently meet deadlines

Desired skills and experience:

  • Experience developing and implementing systems and processes to achieve KPIs

  • Experience supporting growth through process, technology and offshore teams

  • Thrives in a fast paced, metrics driven environment

  • Comfortable with ambiguity

    Salary Range: $104,500-152,569 annually (plus bonus and equity)

Our ranges are purposefully broad to allow for growth within the role over time. Once the interview process begins, your talent partner will provide additional information on the compensation for the role, along with additional information on our total rewards package. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
