A bit about this role:

Imagine rebuilding American healthcare as a service that delivers remarkably improved health and wellness - this is exactly what Devoted is set out to do, and it inspires the development of a breakthrough and beloved brand. Devoted Health, today, is understood as a Medicare Advantage startup with world class service but will one day become a nationally recognized consumer brand powered by a differentiated model of care. Devoted is disrupting healthcare by partnering with older Americans with a more personal and high-trust model of care that enables better health; an all-in-one healthcare solution that includes both insurance plans and medical care, is enabled by service guides and technology, to be a healthcare partner centered around a member. Today is still early in the life of the company - Devoted Health is growing quickly and currently only available to ¼ of the U.S. Medicare population - but this role is chartered with influencing and shaping Devoted’s phenomenally experiential brand within the hearts and minds of employees, Devoted members, partners, and most importantly, consumers. Devoted is currently recognized for industry-breaking growth and member experience, but there is work to codify the unique culture that delivers Devoted quality level of care through many years of future expansion.
This role is an
all-athlete strategy and operations position, focused on various initiatives to support Devoted’s service strategy and implementation. You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Your responsibilities and impact will include:

  • Role will be a combination of strategic and operational initiatives to support the Devoted brand: integrated/experiential marketing, awareness campaigns, communication, and engagement initiatives that grow brand recognition with B2B and B2C audiences

  • Develop and evolve a “lighthouse” for the Devoted brand that is widely known and deeply understood by all internal and external partners

  • Foster, help scale, augment the culture and brand of exceptional service

  • Ensure ROI of compelling campaigns, communications, content, research, and outreach strategy

  • Develop, sponsor, or quarterback agile plans in response to emerging issues/opportunities with strategic, collaborative, and data-driven judgment

  • Run an internal creative team to drive continuous innovation and impact

Required skills and experience:

  • A purpose-driven individual who is passionate about Devoted’s mission and impact

  • 10+ years of operational work experience; preferably in strategy, consulting, product management, brand strategy, or operations

  • Demonstrated success in cross-functionally implementing consumer initiatives, new products, or service design

  • Proven experience in strategic planning, consumer insights, and initiatives that involve service design or customer adoption

  • Ability to work in a tech/product/data environment with lean/continuous improvement orientation

  • Ability to cultivate brand and member-centric insights and training

Desired skills and experience:

  • A proven track record of hiring and mentoring top talent

  • An articulate professional with excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Product marketing experience designing and implementing campaigns or initiatives that involve consumer adoption

  • Experience leading consumer research and learning

  • Ability to support increased sophistication with personalized, triggered, automated, error-free, and multi-vehicle customer discovery and engagement journeys

Salary range: $164,000 - $252,000 annually

Our ranges are purposefully broad to allow for growth within the role over time. Once the interview process begins, your talent partner will provide additional information on the compensation for the role, along with additional information on our total rewards package. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
